Job Title: Bilingual Office Administrator
Pay Rate: $23- $27/hr.
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 9–10 hours/day
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Position Summary:
Detail-oriented Office Administrator for a long-term, full-time opportunity in Oakdale, CA. This role requires someone who can quickly learn and handle a variety of office duties, support daily operations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual skills are a plus and will be highly valued in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming deliveries and paperwork
- Manage driver bags and process credits
- Assist with inventory management and tracking
- Coordinate routing and dispatch functions
- Support POS (Point of Sale) operations
- Perform other general office duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and committed to long-term employment
