In this role, you will oversee all HR activities, including training, policy adherence, and project management. You'll ensure compliance with employment laws, maintain a union-free environment, and support employee retention initiatives.\


Job Title: HR Coordinator

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D

Pay Rate: $23-$25/HR

Schedule: Monday-Friday, AM, overtime, and weekends as needed

Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish, Valid Driver's License


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to operations on HR policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management and disciplinary actions for hourly employees.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential associate personnel files and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Administer leave programs (e.g., FMLA, worker's compensation) and manage the leave of absence process.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and related matters.
  • Support compliance reporting and maintain comprehensive employee documentation systems.
  • Address human relations and work-related issues, implementing remediation strategies as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and perform additional duties as assigned.

HR Coordinator Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).
  • Familiarity with labor laws and employment equity regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR administration, payroll practices, and HR software/tools.
  • Strong organizational, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in Spanish.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and accommodate weekend and extended hours.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 per hour
