Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20- $24/HR.

Overview:
The Front Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers, while also providing key administrative support to the HR Director and executive team. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk coverage
- Answer and route calls; manage visitor access
- Handle ADP timekeeping and payroll support, including timesheet approvals
- Coordinate meetings, schedule management, and office events
- Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) support for conversations, documents, and meetings
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and office supply inventory
- Assist with HR-related tasks, holiday setups, and employee events
- Support executive team with administrative projects
- Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming office environment
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams
- 2–3 years of administrative experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree a plus
- Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Experience:
- ADP timekeeping systems
- Experience in food or meat processing industry
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Office-based, quiet, and temperature-controlled
- Regularly required to sit, stand, type, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
