Job Title: Forklift Stand Up Operator

Pay Rate: $22/Hr.

Shift: 2pm (Swing) and 10pm (Graveyard) shifts

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D


We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator with a strong background in cold storage operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience operating both stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks (EPJ/Rider Jacks). This role requires a dependable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain organization under pressure, and adapt to changing demands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pull, and organize products based on order specifications
  • Safely and efficiently operate stand-up forklifts and EPJ rider jacks
  • Support general warehouse operations including cleaning, organizing, and product movement
  • Assist with inventory counts and tracking as needed
  • Contribute to production-related tasks and maintain a steady workflow
  • Properly dispose of waste and packaging materials in accordance with cleanliness and safety standards
  • Adhere to all equipment safety protocols prior to and during machine operation
  • Collaborate in a team-oriented, high-speed warehouse environment


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience operating stand-up forklifts and EPJ rider jacks
  • Previous experience working in a cold storage warehouse (average temps of 40°F or below)
  • Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts and adjust to schedule changes as needed
  • Strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and maintain high productivity
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening


Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
  • Standing, lifting, and walking for long durations
