Warehouse Dispatch

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Dispatcher to coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Azusa, CA. This role ensures efficient movement of goods, timely communication with drivers, and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, communicative, and able to multitask under pressure.

Job Title: Warehouse Dispatcher

Location: Azusa, CA

Pay Rate: $18–$20/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Open to Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring on-time departures and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
• Schedule routes and assign drivers based on workload and availability
• Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch times, route logs, and inventory movement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse documentation as needed
• Provide regular updates to supervisors regarding delivery and dispatch operations

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in basic computer systems and dispatch software (or willing to learn)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be open to working occasional Saturdays
