We are seeking Maintenance clerks in Firebaugh, CA! During the pistachio season, you will play a crucial role in supporting our maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency and safety across our facilities. This seasonal position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic agricultural environment.


Job Title: Maintenance

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shifts avaialble, overtime 

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with maintaining records of equipment maintenance schedules and repairs.
  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians and supervisors to schedule repairs and inspections.
  • Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and assist in procurement as needed.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to maintenance operations.
  • Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations during peak season activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in maintenance or agricultural operations preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours during peak season.
