Job Title: Staffing/Onsite Manager

Schedule: 8 AM-5 PM + On-Call

Salary: $61,849/year

Job Purpose: The Branch/Onsite Manager is accountable for maintaining the financial health of the branch by managing expenses, overtime, and other expenditures. They oversee all branch operations, including recruitment, termination, mentoring, discipline, and motivation of employees. Additionally, they collaborate with support staff to ensure compliance with company policies and standards in accounting, human resources, and operations.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, train, manage, and retain top talent.
  • Drive branch revenue growth through excellent client service and expense management.
  • Conduct regular branch meetings to enforce compliance and improve operational processes.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in performance management, coaching, and team development.
  • Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Safety to expand client services.
  • Address employee concerns and ensure policy adherence with on-site staff.
  • Assist HR in investigations and resolve employee issues promptly.
  • Oversee payroll processing for accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor client worksite conditions and report issues as needed.
  • Support safety programs and employee benefit inquiries.
  • Supervise daily branch and on-site operations.
  • Maintain records and control personnel transactions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and evaluate process effectiveness.
  • Conduct new employee orientation and ensure onboarding compliance.
  • Manage Modified Duty employees as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of staffing industry management experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills required.
