Job Title: Forklift operator (Outside)

Pay Rate: $21/hr.

Shift: 12:30PM

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D (Vacation Pay & Holiday Pay after 90 days)


We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator for an outdoor, full-time position. This is not your typical sit-down forklift role—this position is highly physical and active. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and rain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in an outdoor environment
  • Offload trucks and stage customer and job site orders
  • Assist in trimming and loading operations as needed
  • Regularly dismount forklift to build small towers, organize materials, and clean the yard
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of forklift experience in a fast-paced setting
  • Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
  • Physically able to get on and off the forklift multiple times per shift
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform general labor duties as needed
  • Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling (including overtime)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
