Job Title: General Operator Department: Parts Cage (Maintenance)

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Operator to support the Maintenance Department in the Parts Cage area. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone who takes direction well and enjoys keeping workspaces clean, safe, and organized. The role is similar in nature to cleaning and organizing positions in a warehouse environment and does not require specialized skills or certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and organize the Parts Cage and surrounding areas
• Remove clutter, discard unnecessary materials, and maintain cleanliness standards
• Follow verbal and written instructions provided by the supervisor
• Handle cleaning tools and light equipment safely and properly
• Ensure items and tools are stored in designated areas for easy access
• Report any hazards, issues, or supply shortages to the supervisor
• Assist with other general labor or warehouse duties as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the warehouse.
• Demonstrate a quick learning ability and adapting to changing priorities.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
• Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
• Previous warehouse or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable working in various warehouse conditions, including fluctuating temperatures
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
