Job Title: Procurement Administrator
Salary: $56,000- $58,240
Shift: 1st

Primary Responsibilities
- Support Buyers by entering purchase orders into ERP systems
- Track material requisitions and vendor order acknowledgments
- Expedite orders and confirm shipping dates with vendors
- Maintain organized documentation of submittals and drawings Collaborate with procurement, stock room, and spare parts teams
- Help resolve order issues at receiving
- Assist Procurement Manager and Spare Parts Coordinator with projects
Requirements
Education:
- High School Diploma (required)
- Associate/Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- 1-2 years in procurement, buying, or logistics (preferred)
- Experience in manufacturing/production environments (preferred)
- ERP systems and Microsoft Excel proficiency
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and data entry
- Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork
Work Environment:
- Office and occasional exposure to manufacturing conditions
- PPE required in designated areas
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like kneeling or reaching
