Job Title: Procurement Administrator

Salary: $56,000- $58,240

Shift: 1st

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D


Primary Responsibilities

  • Support Buyers by entering purchase orders into ERP systems
  • Track material requisitions and vendor order acknowledgments
  • Expedite orders and confirm shipping dates with vendors
  • Maintain organized documentation of submittals and drawings Collaborate with procurement, stock room, and spare parts teams
  • Help resolve order issues at receiving
  • Assist Procurement Manager and Spare Parts Coordinator with projects


Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Associate/Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)


Experience:

  • 1-2 years in procurement, buying, or logistics (preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing/production environments (preferred)
  • ERP systems and Microsoft Excel proficiency


Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry
  • Organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork


Work Environment:

  • Office and occasional exposure to manufacturing conditions
  • PPE required in designated areas
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks like kneeling or reaching
