Job Summary:

Full Steam Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced Shipping and Receiving Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient flow of goods in our warehouse located in Azusa, CA. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the flexibility to adjust schedules during peak seasons.


Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Lead

Salary: $17-$24 per hour

Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D


Job Responsibilities:

  • Routing shipments and overseeing logistics.
  • Checking in drivers and coordinating delivery schedules.
  • Building Bills of Lading for outgoing shipments.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English for effective communication.
  • Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
  • Writing emails and communicating effectively with team members.
  • Operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Loading and unloading trailers with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain organized workspaces.
  • Proficient in computer literacy for data entry and inventory management.
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Location: Azusa, CA.
  • Open to working weekends and flexible schedule adjustments during peak seasons.
