Lafayette LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Crew Member to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll apply your landscaping knowledge and physical stamina to deliver top-quality results in various outdoor conditions. Essential Duties:

• Landscaping
• Site preparation
• Installing plants, shrubs, trees, sprinkler systems etc.

Requirements/Skills: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or construction
• Solid work ethic and teamwork mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (a plus)
• Ability to read and write in English
• Skilled in gardening techniques, including pruning, planting, digging, and mulching
• Knowledge of irrigation, landscape lighting, drainage systems, and other landscaping trades
• Horticulture knowledge is strongly preferred

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for extended periods of time throughout the workday
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Education:  

High school diploma or GED preferred
