Overview:

(Channelview, TX): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Pipe Yard Hand to join our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work in an outdoor environment. You’ll be responsible for handling, organizing, and transporting various sizes of pipe using a forklift and supporting general yard operations.

Essential Duties:

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move pipe of various sizes

• Verify, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing shipments

• Organize and maintain the pipe yard for optimal efficiency and safety

• Tag, label, and accurately record inventory

• Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols

• Perform general labor duties, including yard cleanup and maintenance

• Work in various weather conditions year-round

• Assist with other operational tasks as needed

Requirements/Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (pipe or industrial yard preferred)

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Familiarity with different types and sizes of pipe is a plus

• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable transportation

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends

• Ability to take direction and work effectively in a team setting
