Machine Shop Helper

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Machine Shop Assistant to join our team. This position requires a basic understanding of safety practices within a machine shop environment. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and assist with manually machining and refining threads on fittings. Key Responsibilities: Support manual machining operations, specifically threading and fitting refinement Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Learn and apply proper techniques for machining components Communicate effectively with team members in both English and Spanish Perform additional tasks and overtime work as required Requirements: Basic knowledge of machine shop safety Willingness to learn machining and threading techniques Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Ability to work overtime as needed Strong work ethic and attention to detail
