Overview:
Houma, Louisiana: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our team. The Logistics Associate will be responsible for the accurate, organized, and safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials. This role ensures production and customer delivery requirements are met while maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness standards.

Essential Duties:
• Receive, inspect, label, store, and retrieve incoming materials according to procedures
• Prepare and package outbound shipments in line with job requirements and customer standards
• Create and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and ERP records
• Track inventory levels and conduct weekly cycle counts
• Tag and organize materials based on status (Accepted, QA Hold, Rejected, etc.)
• Report damaged/missing materials and file damage claims with carriers as needed
• Support logistics planning and execution to meet production and delivery schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the shipping/receiving and inventory areas
• Perform forklift inspections, maintain equipment logs, and support vehicle maintenance
• Print Brady labels and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards
• Support the implementation and continual improvement of the quality management system
• Assist with general building maintenance as needed
• Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills:
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred (experience may be accepted in lieu of education)
• Two (2) years of relevant logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL and forklift certification a plus
• Knowledge of inventory management procedures and shipping standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, safety rules, and engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment a plus
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs regularly, 50 lbs frequently, and 100 lbs occasionally
• Visual acuity to read detailed instructions and labels
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces, etc.)
• Regular exposure to mechanical equipment, fumes, and airborne particles
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check
• Must comply with all client PPE and safety protocols
