Mobile, AL - Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator for a full-time, day-shift position. This role is critical to the efficiency and accuracy of daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and a valid forklift certification.
Essential Duties:
• Operate and maintain forklift equipment to move, stack, and track inventory
• Use basic computer programs to manage inventory and process order fulfillment
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for timely shipping
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas
• Collaborate with warehouse team to improve workflow and efficiency
• Follow all workplace safety guidelines and report equipment issues promptly
• Perform daily inspections of warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs
Requirements/Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Valid forklift certification required
• Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, order entry, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift, move, and carry items as required
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment
