Customer Service Representative
(Baton Rouge, Louisiana): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.

Essential Duties:
• Process new and repair orders in the AS-400 system and confirm orders via email.
• Price repair orders and prepare repair quotes for customers.
• Initiate new quotes in the system, price them for management approval, and send to customers.
• Prepare shipping paperwork for orders to be shipped or delivered.
• Complete job packets after orders have been shipped.
• Log and file sent quotes for recordkeeping.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and sales representatives, routing calls to appropriate departments as needed.
• Respond promptly to customer emails received through the sales email account.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer and sales team needs are met.

Requirements/Skills:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and email.
