Overview:

Port Vincent, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Receptionist to support daily office operations by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties:

• Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage general inquiries

• Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments

• Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence

• Maintain a clean and orderly office environment; order supplies and manage inventory

• Input and maintain accurate data in office databases

• Create, manage, and organize both physical and electronic files

• Support team members with administrative tasks such as handling mail, processing invoices, and creating presentations

• Manage email and mail correspondence in a professional and timely manner

Requirements/Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Basic knowledge of office equipment (fax machines, printers, copiers)

• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit or stand for extended periods

• Use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and filing systems

• Occasional lifting of office supplies up to 25 lbs
