Overview:
Houston, TX: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking Hose & Fittings Technicians for a 3-month project with potential for temp-to-hire or long-term temporary employment.
Essential Duties:
• Cut, splice, crimp, and assemble hoses and couplings
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols
• Perform routine inspections and ensure proper hose fittings and hydraulic connections
Requirements/Skills:
• Minimum of 6 months experience with hose and fittings, or 1 year of hydraulic experience
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Manual dexterity for operating tools and assembling components
• Ability to work in warehouse or shop environment

Pay Rate: $17–$19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch, two 15-minute breaks)
Hours: 40+ hours/week with overtime approved
