Assembler

Overview:
Broussard, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Assembler to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and potentially additional days as needed. This role offers pay between $17 and $18 per hour depending on experience.

Essential Duties:
• Assemble large skids that include pumps, motors, and electrical components
• Disassemble and reassemble mechanical parts with precision
• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting and sandblasting components
• Follow safety protocols and work instructions closely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements/Skills:
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to work with tools and follow assembly instructions
• Ability to identify and properly assemble electrical and mechanical parts
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
• Willingness to perform tasks such as painting and sandblasting

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Capable of standing, bending, and performing manual tasks for extended periods
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment
