Inventory Coordinator

Keithville, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving clerk outside of Shreveport.

Essential Duties:

· Prepare shipments for postal or commercial delivery

· Determine the most cost-effective and timely shipping method

· Create bills of lading; verify quantities and routing per work orders

· Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments

· Match packing slips with purchase orders

· Log, label, count, sort, and store incoming and outgoing materials

· Document and report damages, discrepancies, and delivery issues

· Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift, dolly)

· Maintain organized shipping/receiving records and reports

· May operate a shrink-wrap machine or a company vehicle

· Follow all company procedures and safety protocols

· Train and assist other team members as needed

· Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements/Skills:

· Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., lifting, sorting)

· Understands and follows safety procedures

· Maintains quality and safety standards

· Familiar with warehouse equipment and inventory systems

· Reliable record-keeping and documentation habits

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

· Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift

· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift)

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED – No exceptions.
