(Mobile, AL): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee and perform all accounting and reporting duties for a confidential client facility. This individual will report to the Director of Finance and ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures.
Essential Duties:

Reconcile all general ledger accounts, rental receipts, and other financial accounts

Prepare all event settlements and monthly profit & loss statements

Manage petty cash accounts and bank deposits

Assist in developing budgets and rolling forecast updates

Prepare operating statements and review sales journal closings
-
Coordinate and track equipment/service contracts and warranties
-
Generate invoices and receive event deposits, insurance certificates, and contracts
-
Maintain records of client contract status and deposit schedules
-
Facilitate purchasing, payroll, and overall accounting coordination
-
Monitor and reconcile in-house concessionaire contracts
-
Support billing related to in-house exhibitor and event services
-
Manage telecommunications billing and electrical service payments

Maintain office equipment and oversee supply inventory

Serve as Manager on Duty as needed

Perform all other related duties as assigned
Requirements/Skills:
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred

Minimum of 4 years’ accounting experience

Strong knowledge of general and cost accounting principles

Proficiency with financial systems and computer conversions

Strong communication skills (written and oral)

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Excellent math and analytical skills
Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-based role; not substantially exposed to adverse weather conditions

Must be able to work flexible hours, including outside of normal business hours as needed
