Assembler

Broken Arrow, OK: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking an Intermediate-Level Assembler responsible for assembling industrial equipment and components. The ideal candidate will have experience with schematics, hand and power tools, and heavy equipment operation while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.

Essential Duties: 

• Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Assist with the installation of major components using working knowledge and hands-on experience.
• Read and interpret schematic diagrams for component installation.
• Operate hoists, lifting equipment, and hand/power tools safely and effectively.
• Complete safety, production, and quality forms as required.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace in compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues independently.
• Cranes, welding tools, and scissor lifts are frequently operated.
• Problem-solve with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements/Skills: 

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read schematic diagrams and install components accordingly
• Experience running pressure tests
• Proficiency with tape measures and basic math
• General knowledge of rigging and lifting components

Education: 

• High school diploma or at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Vocational or technical education is a plus

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, climb or balance, hear, use hands, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach with hands and arms.
• Capable of working in a manufacturing environment with potential high heat, high humidity, and exposure to electrical shock and mechanical parts.
