Marketing Specialist
Overview:
Kenner, LA – Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Specialist to support and execute a range of marketing functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage daily marketing operations, assist with communications, and maintain internal and external databases. The position offers a dynamic mix of administrative tasks and creative marketing responsibilities such as video production coordination and event planning.
Essential Duties:
• Answer incoming calls on the literature hotline
• Respond to inquiries via email
• Process and manage leads in the Lead Tracking system
• Run queries in the Order Log using Microsoft Access
• Pull, package, and ship marketing materials
• Maintain Outlook contact groups (dealers, principals, sales managers)
• Compose and distribute Dealer Bulletins and E-news
• Update Order Log system (machines, dealer edits, troubleshooting)
• Maintain the Lead Tracking database
• Administer Dealer Login credentials and troubleshoot access issues
• Manage dealer-facing documents and web resources on milnor.com
• Respond to architect inquiries and maintain Architect tab content
• Coordinate marketing video production (storyboarding, editing, vendor communication)
• Generate quarterly pivot table reports and assist with tradeshows
• Update ARCAT platform data (BIM, brochures, specs, drawings)
• Conduct annual audits (user accounts, ARCAT materials)
• Maintain trademark documentation and usage guidelines
• Perform other advertising and marketing support duties as needed
• Some travel required
Requirements/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of marketing or administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Access, Outlook, Excel); SQL is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience with CRM or lead tracking systems preferred
• Familiarity with video production workflows is a plus
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. for packaging and shipping materials
• Ability to travel occasionally for events or vendor meetings
