Overview:
Kenner, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking General Labor Helpers to assist in preparing a shop for an upcoming company event. This is a hands-on opportunity for reliable individuals who can support a range of physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties:
• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and setting up the shop for a large-scale company event
• Move and arrange equipment, materials, and supplies as needed
• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, debris removal, and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors
• Ensure workspaces are kept tidy and event-ready
Requirements/Skills:
• Must have safety toe boots
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working in a shop environment
