Accounts Receivable Specialist

Flexblue Staffing is seeking an Accounts Recievable Specialist in Pasadena, TX!

Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (Administrative Support) professional to join a finance team in Pasadena, TX. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong invoicing and billing experience in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in the services or oil and gas industries and a solid understanding of corporate finance processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle Accounts Receivable functions

  • Handle high-volume customer invoicing and billing

  • Process project-based and purchase order (PO)-driven invoicing

  • Ensure accurate tax handling, including multi-state billing and exemption forms

  • Maintain and manage customer account records

  • Support administrative duties related to billing and finance

  • Work within ERP systems for invoicing, account tracking, and reporting

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking (Pivot Table knowledge is a plus)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of tenure per previous position

  • Full-cycle accounts receivable experience required

  • Experience with high-volume billing (large quantity and dollar amounts)

  • Prior work in services and/or oil and gas industries strongly preferred

  • Experience in corporate or large company finance departments

  • Familiarity with invoicing across state lines and handling tax exemptions

  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level; pivot tables a plus)
