Job Title: Industrial Engine/Compressor Analyst
Job Summary:
Engine/Compressor Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the performance of industrial engines and compressors. This role involves data collection, diagnostics, and providing actionable insights to optimize machinery efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct performance analysis of industrial engines and compressors, including vibration, thermal, and mechanical assessments. Also includes performing “B” Probe Inspections and engine exhaust testing.

Collect and interpret data from machinery to identify potential issues or inefficiencies.

Develop and implement maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability.

Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings, including recommendations for improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in engine and compressor technology.
Qualifications:

Knowledge and Experience with industrial engines, compressors, or similar machinery.

Proficiency in diagnostic tools and software for performance analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of reciprocating and rotary compressors.
-
Familiarity with predictive maintenance techniques.

Certification in machinery vibration diagnostics or reliability is a plus.
Training with the Windrock Analysis software and our reporting programs and on hands training with the “B” Probe system will be provided.
