Mobile, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Records Analyst.

Essential Duties:

  • Ensure proper completion of all medical documentation on patients' episodes of care.

  • Assure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

  • Perform routine data entry and filing of medical records in a timely manner.

  • Review and verify medical documentation for completeness and accuracy.

  • Communicate with healthcare staff to address any discrepancies or issues in medical documentation.

  • Support administrative processes and ensure records are easily accessible and properly organized.

Requirements/Skills:

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent, with business courses including typing, English, and office procedures.

  • Previous clerical experience preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally for file organization or office equipment.
