Mobile, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Records Analyst.
Essential Duties:

Ensure proper completion of all medical documentation on patients' episodes of care.

Assure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Perform routine data entry and filing of medical records in a timely manner.

Review and verify medical documentation for completeness and accuracy.

Communicate with healthcare staff to address any discrepancies or issues in medical documentation.

Support administrative processes and ensure records are easily accessible and properly organized.
Requirements/Skills:
-
High School graduate or GED equivalent, with business courses including typing, English, and office procedures.

Previous clerical experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally for file organization or office equipment.
