JOB TITLE
Fiberglass Assembler / Mandrel Operator

Overview:
Grand Bay, Alabama – Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Fiberglass Assembler / Mandrel Operator for a 6+ month contract position with a client located in Grand Bay, AL. This role involves fabricating and assembling fiberglass components to create finished tank products, with a strong emphasis on quality, safety, and productivity. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must be willing to work overtime as required.

Essential Duties:
• Operate necessary manufacturing equipment to complete assigned tasks
• Assemble and fabricate fiberglass parts according to specifications
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Adhere to all quality and safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE
• Follow production schedules and work with minimal supervision

Requirements/Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of verifiable work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings, instructions, and procedures
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to learn multiple job duties and adapt to changing tasks

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for up to 12 hours per shift
• Repetitive movement throughout the workday
• Regular lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Availability for overtime and shift work as needed
