6G Pipe Welder

Broken Arrow, Oklahoma: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking experienced Pipe Welders for a confidential client. We have openings for both day and night shifts. This position requires expertise in fitting and welding, with a focus on 6G welding in various processes.

Essential Duties:

• Perform 6G GTAW (TIG) welding on 2-inch pipe at a 45-degree angle.

• Execute 6G GMAW/FCAW (MIG/FLUX) pipe welding at a 45-degree angle.

• Fit and weld pipes according to specifications and safety standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints and welding diagrams.

• Ensure high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

• Work efficiently in a physically demanding environment with extended hours.

• Adhere to all safety and compliance guidelines.

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven experience as a Pipe Welder, specifically in 6G welding.

• Ability to pass a weld test including:

  • 6G GTAW (TIG) Pipe – 2-inch pipe, 45-degree position.

  • 6G GMAW/FCAW (MIG/FLUX) Pipe – 45-degree position.

• Ability to work day shift (5 AM - 5 PM) or night shift (5 PM - 5 AM), with a $3/hour shift differential for nights.

• Must pass the following pre-employment screenings:

  • 10-panel urinalysis drug test

  • Breath alcohol test

  • Criminal background check and Social Security trace

  • Physical assessment

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

• Capability to work in a physically demanding environment.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
