Job Summary The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service by effectively handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and vendors. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and collaborates closely with Warehouse Representatives, Service Technicians, and Rental Technicians to fulfill customer needs. Key Responsibilities • Maintain a professional appearance and an organized workspace. • Answer multiple incoming phone lines in a polite and professional manner. • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up. • Provide price quotes and process/manage customer sales and purchase orders. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors, addressing concerns and complaints as needed. • Keep accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's ERP system. • Follow up on all customer price quotes to understand conversion rates and prevent lost opportunities. • Maximize sales opportunities by having in-depth knowledge of customer needs and product usage. • Ensure company policies and procedures align with business goals and objectives. • Maintain open communication with teammates to ensure smooth information flow. • Address customer/vendor complaints and escalate issues to the Customer Service Manager when necessary. • Cross-train with teammates to provide backup support when needed. Qualifications • Required: o High School Diploma or equivalent. o Valid driver’s license. o Strong verbal and written communication skills. o High level of honesty and integrity. o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. o Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into sales
