Sales Representative

Mobile, AL - Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Sales Associate.

Essential Duties:

• Must have excellent customer service. Background in construction/ construction sales would be a plus.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the Pest Control/Construction industry

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and negotiate.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move around and assist with inspections to provide quotes.

• Must have great customer service- background in construction/ construction sales would be a plus.
