Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Overview:
Baton Rouge, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client’s fast-paced office environment. As a CSR, you will primarily focus on answering customer tickets with a strong emphasis on technical support. Additionally, this role requires solid understanding of HR processes and terminology to effectively navigate employee life cycles.
Essential Duties:

Respond promptly to customer tickets and inquiries, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Utilize knowledge of HR processes to address customer concerns related to employee life cycle events.

Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently handle incoming requests.

Maintain a positive and customer-oriented attitude in all interactions.

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
Requirements/Skills:

2+ years of experience in an HR-related role preferred, with a strong understanding of HR processes and terminology.

Familiarity with HRIS software is highly desirable; experience with iSolved software is a significant advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone voice and email etiquette.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment and effectively prioritize tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.

Manual dexterity to operate computer peripherals and other office equipment.

Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email for extended periods.

Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required for tasks such as moving office supplies.
