Overview:

Baton Rouge, LA: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our client’s fast-paced office environment. As a CSR, you will primarily focus on answering customer tickets with a strong emphasis on technical support. Additionally, this role requires solid understanding of HR processes and terminology to effectively navigate employee life cycles.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Respond promptly to customer tickets and inquiries, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

  • Utilize knowledge of HR processes to address customer concerns related to employee life cycle events.

  • Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and efficiently handle incoming requests.

  • Maintain a positive and customer-oriented attitude in all interactions.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.

Requirements/Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR-related role preferred, with a strong understanding of HR processes and terminology.

  • Familiarity with HRIS software is highly desirable; experience with iSolved software is a significant advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone voice and email etiquette.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office environment and effectively prioritize tasks.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.

  • Manual dexterity to operate computer peripherals and other office equipment.

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and via email for extended periods.

  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required for tasks such as moving office supplies.
