Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and talented individual to join a leading architecture firm in New Orleans as an Entry to Mid-Level Architect. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a fresh college graduate or someone with up to ten years of professional experience to gain hands-on experience in the field. The selected candidate will have the chance to work closely with a licensed architect and contribute to a variety of residential and commercial projects in the New Orleans area.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop architectural plans, drawings, and renderings for residential and commercial projects.

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and construction documents.

Conduct site visits and surveys to gather essential information for project development.

Contribute to the development of design concepts, incorporating client requirements and architectural principles.

Utilize architectural software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, or SketchUp, for drafting, modeling, and documentation purposes.

Work closely with the licensed architect to learn and refine architectural skills.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure successful execution.

Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.

Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and building codes to ensure compliance and innovation in designs.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
