The Field Service Technician will work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to ensure
maximum uptime of company assets. These assets include turbine, diesel and gas generators, air compressors and other
related equipment as necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Mobilization and demobilization of power projects globally
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment in the field
• Customer familiarization and training on operation of equipment
• Operational site visits and reporting
• Operating in difficult conditions including foreign travel for extended periods
Education and Experience:
• Technical college graduate or equivalent experience
• Turbine and or gas generator experience
• Large Power project experience
• Personal computing skills
• Interpersonal skills for working with customers and employees
• Ability to travel and operate in challenging environments
Travel:
• Position may require domestic and international travel and overnight stays depending on business
requirements. These stays may be multiple concurrent days. These trips may be weeks long and occur on
short notice
