Job Title: Lumper

Location: Mountain Top, PA

Schedule: 8 AM - NOON

Pay Rate: $15/HR

Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Lumper. Lumpers play a crucial role in our operations by efficiently unloading, sorting, and palletizing shipments in a timely manner. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Unload trucks and containers of incoming shipments.
• Sort and palletize merchandise according to predetermined criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods and completed tasks.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts as needed (training provided).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks repeatedly.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
