Changeover Technician

We are seeking a Changeover Technician to support our fast-paced production environment in Hazleton, PA. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently changing over manufacturing equipment from one product to the next. It is a hands-on, physical position ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined and enjoys working with their hands.

Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform machine changeovers to transition equipment from one product setup to another
• Remove, lift, and install mechanical parts, molds, or tooling as needed
• Ensure all settings and calibrations meet production standards before restarting the line
• Work closely with machine operators and the maintenance team to minimize downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or mechanical experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts (50+ lbs) and stand for extended periods
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required
• Must be a dependable team player with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures
