We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Machine Operator to join our team in Hazleton, PA. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow safety protocols, and a strong work ethic to ensure a smooth production process.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.
• Set up machines by following proper procedures and adjust settings as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure machine functionality.
• Perform quality control checks on finished products, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Record production data, including machine performance and any maintenance performed.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve production processes and resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for production.
• Assist in training new machine operators as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Basic mechanical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as needed.
