Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Schedule/Hours: Monday thru Friday / 7:30am to 4:00pm (sometimes 5:00pm) Breaks/OT: one 30 minute lunch break Pay: $18-$21/hr (top part of pay scale left for people with automotive/parts industry exp) 3 Main Responsibilities or Day to Day activities: - Will be providing customer service to customers who come in looking for parts as well as customers who call in looking for parts - High pressure/fast paced position requiring multi-tasking on phone and data entry - Warehouse/Retail environment but must dress, act, speak professionally - Prior experience as a counter person in the automotive parts industry is a plus however we are willing to train from ground up provided that the candidate has good experience in customer service. - The candidate will be responsible for answering phones, taking orders, and dealing face to face with walk in customers. Candidate may need to go to the warehouse to pull items for customers or help check in orders. Required/Preferred Experience: - Must be a customer service oriented individual - Must have a resume - The candidate must have good communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. - The candidate must have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to multi task. - The candidate must have good computer skills. - Must have 2+ years of CS experience Dress/Safety Attire: - Business Casual Transportation requirement / Bus line accessibility (how far of a walk from stop?): - Must have their own transportation Personality of employees / Type of environment: - Retail/Warehouse environment Client selling points / Benefits: - If reliable they will keep people when they get more work
