We are hiring for a Sales Representative for Inside/Outside Sales based in Sparks, Nevada.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm

Pay: $60,000 per year plus commission

 

Primary Duties include but not limited to the following:

Sales of Air Filtration products

  • Prospecting: Identify potential new accounts that are beneficial and profitable for the company

  • Understand and be able to clearly communicate to potential new accounts through connection with decision-makers and presenting benefits of our products while creating a relationship with the client.

  • Regularly follow up with potential new accounts and current accounts

  • Prepare quotes, make presentations and follow up to close sales opportunities.

  • Receive customer orders and follow up.

  • Provide consulting to customers with the appropriate product for a given need based on the knowledge of product.

  • Ability to work with our TEAM to ensure proper procedure of orders, delivery of products and resolve any customer issues.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects from their initiation to completion with minimal supervision.

  • Perform administrative duties that are required by the Company.

  • Learn both our products, competing products and how they are properly used.

  • Learn and utilize all office policies and procedures.

  • Comply with all safety and security regulations and procedures.

  • Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Candidate must be able to perform the following duties:

  • Drive throughout the day to clients and prospects.

  • Walk around improved and unimproved jobsite terrains.

  • Be exposed to various climates and temperatures for periods of time.

  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders.

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent sales and customer service skills

  • Effective written and oral communications skills with customers and co workers in a professional manner.

  • Highly motivated self-starter

  • Must exercise initiative, judgment, discretion and decision-making skills.

  • Must be a team player

 

Requirements: Must maintain a valid Nevada Driver License with a clean driving record.

 

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated sales experience. Other desired qualifications include but are not limited to:

 

  • Preferred Education: College coursework in marketing, sales and business.

  • Preferred Experience: Between 2 and 5 years in sales and marketing

  • HVAC knowledge a plus.
