We are hiring for a Part-Time Admin Assistant for a church on the Westside of Jacksonville.
Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 1:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 12:00 noon.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle communications, reporting and publications, with a close attention to detail/proofreading.

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate staff

Greet walk-ins and assist with general inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Perform other light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Friendly and professional demeanor
