We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Sub-Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing/shipping team. This role is responsible for the accurate assembly of components and sub-systems used in final product builds. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mechanical engineering concepts and metal fabrication processes. A keen awareness of how the final product is expected to perform in the field is essential.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am-3:30pm; Pay $18-$20/ hour DOE

Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble mechanical sub-components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
· Inspect and test parts to ensure proper function and quality before integration into the final assembly.
· Work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues or discrepancies in assembly processes.
· Maintain accurate records of assembly steps and identify opportunities for process improvement.
· Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment used in sub-assembly tasks.
· Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.

· Strong understanding of mechanical systems and sub-assembly techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Technical certification or vocational training in mechanical assembly or a related field.
· Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial assembly environment.
