Heavy Concrete Production

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and mechanically inclined Heavy Production Associate for an established company in the Ocala, FL area. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can perform minor machine adjustments and repairs, and plays a key part in ensuring the quality of concrete block production.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 6:30am until finished, w/ mandatory overtime on Saturdays as needed

Job Duties of the Heavy Production Associate:

• Perform minor machine adjustments and repairs as necessary to ensure smooth production.

• Operate machinery in a fast-paced production environment.

• Maintain quality control of concrete blocks moving through the assembly line.

• Support a small, close-knit team, contributing to the overall success of the production process.

• Occasionally assist with palletizing blocks when needed.

Skills and Qualifications of the Heavy Production Associate:

• Experience as a machine operator is a plus.

• Forklift experience is advantageous.

• Must be able to work long hours and demonstrate reliability.

• A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.

• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform minor repairs or adjustments to machinery.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during an 8 hour shift
