We are seeking Paint Technicians for an established company in the Cookeville, TN area who will be maintaining paint racks, loading and unloading parts produced, polishing and checking for defects of parts, and who obtains attention to detail.
Day Shift: 5AM to 3PM
Second Shift: 3PM-1AM
Pay: $16.10-17.10/HR
Job duties of a Paint Technician include:
Maintain paint racks on the line according to the production schedule.
Load parts on paint racks according to production schedule.
Communicate any changes or deviations from the published production schedule.
Maintain availability of totes of raw parts and remove empty totes to proper location.
Check paint racks for paint buildup and designate for cleaning as necessary.
Monitor paint racks for damage and change out as necessary.
HMI coordinator input the actual color and style of part to be painted per the production schedule into the Human-Machine Interface station.
Follow all applicable work Instructions and standards for loading area, including safety procedures.
Actively cooperate with the maintenance department, safety department, GIP coordinator, purchasing, quality and logistics.
Promotion and improvement of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Environment and Quality Department.
