Job Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities of this position would include assembling pieces and sub-assemblies together to form seating elements for chairs. This would include the possible use of hand/power tools, adhesives, and other various tools. Job Duties: •Assemble chairs and seating components according to blueprints, diagrams, or assembly instructions, ensuring precise alignment and secure fittings. •Perform thorough quality checks throughout the assembly process to identify and correct any defects or inconsistencies. •Utilizing hand and power tools to assemble products •Inspect materials and components before assembly to ensure they meet quality standards. •Perform minor repairs or adjustments on parts as needed, ensuring all finished products meet company specifications. •Accurately reading and marking measurements on lumber Skills and Qualifications: • Technical aptitude • Mechanical aptitude • 2 years manufacturing experience at 1 employer • Ability to lift, twist, and bend for 8+ hours a day • Ability to work overtime as company may need Benefits once hired in! • Health, Vision, Dental Insurance • Vacation • 401K with a 4% match after 1 year • Monthly cook outs • End of the year bonuses *This is a drug-free workplace.
