We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant for an established company in the Ocala, FL area who will be greeting residents as they enter the facility and ensure that residents comply with all the rules of the community to promote a safe and positive atmosphere.
Schedule: Tuesday thru Thursday 5pm to 8am, Saturday 3pm to 8pm, and Sunday 9am to 3pm
Job Duties of the Front Desk Attendant:

Open and close the facility.

Check the pool for hazardous conditions when arriving.

Answer the phone with a welcoming voice, transfer calls, or take messages when appropriate.

Ensure facility rules and regulations are being followed by owners and their guests.

Know, understand, and consistently apply safety rules, policies, and guidelines for the community.

Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency.

Always present a professional appearance and attitude and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Monitor ice usage and fills bags as needed.

Create and activate ID cards for residents.

Activate Gate Remotes.

Process ID card and Gate Remote payments.

Process reservation forms and payments.

Act as back up to the full-time front desk attendant.

Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications of the Front Desk Attendant:

Must be able to build and maintain positive relationships with residents

Must have knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.

Must be self-motivated, organized, detail orientated as well as have excellent written and verbal communication skills
