We are seeking a experience Manufacturing Grinding Associate to join a production team. This role is a great fit for individuals who take pride in producing quality work and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform metal preparation tasks including degreasing, grinding, sanding, and surface finishing.

• Assist in preparing parts for painting and/or powder coating.

• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

• Support other production tasks and duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with grinders, hand tools, and surface prep equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
