Polisher

Job Responsibilities:

Clean, grind, polish, and perform all types of metal finishing work on stainless steel and other metals, by hand or using hand-held power tools or other specialized machines. Apply finishes to the metals.

Job Duties :

•Utilizing a grinding wheel to ensure surfaces are smooth and polished

•Properly recording parts with defects

•Ensuring all measurements are accurate

•Conducting an necessary tests on products

•Visual inspection of polished products

•Ability to work with products made from different materials such as metals, clay, wood, etc.

Skills and Qualifications :

•Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day

•Repetitive motions of the hands

•Grinder experience preferred but not required

•Pay is dependent on piece rate, the more pieces produced the more you get paid for

•Health insurance, prescription safety glasses and dental insurance after 90 days. 

•1 week vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks of vacation after 5 years, 3 weeks of vacation after 10 years.
