We are hiring for a Part-Time Admin Assistant for a church on the Westside of Jacksonville.
Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 1:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 12:00 noon.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage church communications (bulletins, newsletters, email, social media)
· Schedule appointments and events, coordinate building use
· Greet visitors, answer phones with warmth and professionalism
· Provide administrative support to the pastor and church staff
· Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email systems
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
