Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the appropriate staff

Schedule and confirm customer appointments for vehicle service

Greet walk-in customers and assist with general inquiries

Process customer payments and provide receipts

Qualifications:
